La Vallée ships goods purchased online. Dispatch takes place once payment has been fully received. Please kindly note that delivery occurs at the risk of the receiver.

DELIVERY TIME
Unless the order confirmation states otherwise, delivery will take place within 5 – 20 working days (depending on the country) once payment has been received. If delivery fails to reach the purchaser within 10 working days, the purchaser may submit a written reminder and stipulate an additional maximum delivery period of 10 days. After the expiration of this period, the purchaser may withdraw from the agreement. Withdrawal is only valid with written notice sent by registered mail. Otherwise, all claims asserted by the purchaser concerning late delivery or withdrawal claims are strictly rejected.
REPORTING ISSUES
Please report any incorrect deliveries, quantity discrepancies, or visible damages to La Vallée Switzerland in writing within 5 working days of delivery. Notifications of hidden defects may be submitted in writing up to a maximum of 6 months after delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Return deliveries will only be accepted if arranged in advance, and all goods must be returned in their entirety, accompanied by a copy of the commercial invoice. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring suitable transportation and covering all delivery costs for returns.

La Vallée Switzerland is free to decide whether a defective delivery should be repaired or fully or partly replaced. All other warranty rights are expressly excluded.

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
